  • No. You can train in the gym or at home. Your plan is designed around what equipment you actually have access to.

  • You get a personalised plan, habit targets, and regular check-ins. Everything is delivered through the app so you always know what to do each week.

  • Training, nutrition guidance, recovery support, check-ins, and direct coach feedback. All tailored to you.

  • 1:1 coaching is fully personalised with direct support and regular adjustments.
    The Discipline Club is a group membership with training blocks, habit focus, and accountability, with less personal support.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what suits you best.

  • Yes. Both options are monthly and you can cancel anytime.

  • You’ll get nutrition guidance, targets, and structure. If you want a strict meal plan, we can do that, but most people do better with flexible, sustainable habits.

  • Most people feel better within the first 2-3 weeks (energy, routine, consistency). Physical changes usually follow after that with steady progress over time.
